Walmart creeps forward on its sustainability goals
Like most corporations, Walmart is making slow progress on meeting their sustainability goals by 2015, but the company still has a long way to go. Since 2010, the company has eliminated more than 120,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions and has identified projects, which are expected to cut emissions by a combined total of 16 million metric tons.
Why it's time for industrials to step up their energy management
A report issued this month by Pike Research notes that industrial and manufacturing companies have increased their energy management efforts, they need to do more to stay cost competitive.
